Though Wow Factor Floral was created in 2008, you might be surprised to know that our team has been designing flowers for Hill Country Brides since 1971, with our parent company, Wimberley Flower Shop! That’s over 40 years of providing gorgeous floral designs to couples on their wedding day and beyond!! While a multitude of florists have come and gone over
the years and the trends and styles have constantly changed, we’ve been the one constant – the one florist you could count on to be there through it all. We consider it a great honor and a source of pride that Wimberley Flower Shop is the longest running Hill Country Wedding Florist.
A couple’s wedding day is truly one of the most important days of their lives, and that’s exactly why we created our exclusive wedding floral brand, Wow Factor Floral! We know that our couples want something special on their wedding day – not just a replica of something out of an FTD book. And we delight in creating one of a kind custom floral pieces for each of our couples. We invite you to visit with us and find out why we have consistently been the number one choice for Hill Country Brides.
Did you know that there are well over 100 Hill Country wedding venues within an hour drive of our florist shop? These beautiful venues span from Wimberley, Dripping Springs, Driftwood, San Marcos, Kyle, Austin, and beyond. They range from the very rustic style of Texas Old Town in Kyle to the elegant French styling of the newly opened Ma Maison in Dripping Springs. And there are more venues opening up all the time. In fact, Dripping Springs, Texas was just named the “Wedding Capitol of Texas”! We’ve seen a lot of changes in our 40 plus years as a Hill Country Florist and this is one that we can certainly tip our hats to.
You don’t have to worry if you’re not from around here. In fact, we’re the number 4 destination wedding location in the country, so if you’re from around here you just might be in the minority! Just where are all of these brides coming from? Mostly from Houston, Dallas and the surrounding area, but some are as far away as New York and California. We don’t blame you – we think we have something pretty special here and we love sharing it with you.
Since out of town brides are the norm in the Hill Country, we’re happy to work with you by phone and email. We know it can be stressful planning a wedding from afar, but flowers are fun! And that’s what we strive to make it – fun, stress free, always here when you need us.
